These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders and contracts made or to be made by us for the sale and supply of products. These Terms and Condition constitute the entire agreement between you and OASIS® Floral Products online shop.
You acknowledge that, in entering this contract, neither you nor we have relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written between you and us stated in the Terms and Conditions, such agreements are legal, authentic and valid for the purposes of the law.
A) Terms of Use
These are the general terms and conditions of OASIS® Floral Products online shop governing your use of the site.

2. Availability Of The Goods Supplied By The Shop

3. Buying Goods From This Shop
3.1 Pricing Policy
Prices of goods are sold in Malaysia Ringgit (RM), wet floral foam and wet floral foam accessories are subject to 10 % SST. Others product like Floralife products, dry floral foam , rainbow foam, Design Master colour sprays, aluminum wires and tools are not entitle with SST charges. SST is implemented in Malaysia with effect from 1st September 2018 at the rate of 10 %, and further subject to revision from time to time OASIS® Floral Products online shop may change the prices of the goods displayed on the shop at any time.
3.2 Conclusion of Contract of Sale
The information relating to OASIS® Floral Products online shop goods and relevant prices are displayed on the Shop for your information and to enable you decide whether you would like to make us an offer to purchase any such goods.
OASIS® Floral Products online shop cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including any applicable delivery charges). When you place an order to purchase a product from www.oasisfloral.my, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation e-mail to you.
Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a dispatch confirmation e-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Payment is deducted when we process your order. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorized for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
3.3 Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to withdraw any products, remove or edit any materials and content on this Site. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.
3.4 Method of payment
For orders placed via the shop, OASIS® Floral Products online shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, and online banking transfer. When making your payment, it is imperative that you provide the information that OASIS® Floral Products online shop specify is required, for example, cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. 3.5 Delivery
Delivery charges are displayed on the Site at the checkout section and before payment process. After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
· Major Cities (West Malaysia): 3 – 7 days (Except weekends & Holidays)
· Minor Cities (West Malaysia): 5 – 10 days (Except weekends & Holidays)
· All States/Cities (East Malaysia): 7 – 12 days (Except weekends & Holidays)
Orders confirmed during, prior to or after Festive Holidays (Hari Raya Aidifitri and Chinese New Year public holidays) may take longer delivery lead time.
OASIS® Floral Products online shop only provide local delivery service, do not provide international delivery service.
3.6 Risk and Liability
Delivery of the products shall be made to the address specified by you in your order. You agree to bear the risk for any products wrongly delivered, delayed or lost due to incorrect details provided by you.
Regardless of whichever circumstances, delivery of the products shall be at your own risk from the time of delivery of the products to you.
3.7 Return and Exchange Policy
Goods sold are not refundable. However, we will exchange identical product, if goods:
· are or become faulty through no fault of your own;
· are not fit for a stated purpose;
· don’t match our description;
However, the goods must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt for further investigation. Items returned under the 30 days return and exchange policy must be unused in their original condition and packaging. If you decide to return the goods within this 30 days period, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the return. If the goods are different to those ordered, faulty or damaged through no fault of your own; we will exchange the product (without delivery charges).
You can expect the exchange item within 30 days of our receiving your return. Please note that the costs for returning the item to us are not refundable or in exchange of free product.
You may be asked for proof of purchase. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.
Returned goods remain your property until they are received at our mailing address, so we strongly advise that you use a recorded method of delivery (proof of posting), consignment note, sales invoice and payment transaction record when returning goods to OASIS® Floral Products online shop.
3.8 Legal Age / Eligibility
To place an order with OASIS® Floral products online shop, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. OASIS® Floral Products online shop does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use OASIS® Floral Products online shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We sell knives, scissors, adhesives, glues and sprays which are not suitable for purchase or use by minors.
